Wearable is a support organisation that offers the following range of services throughout the City of Sunderland and surrounding areas.
Confidential 1-1 support in familiar surroundings
Group support for local disability groups
Arrange and deliver training in the community/schools such as
- Heart Start
- Mini Mot Health Checks
- Disability Awareness
Give information on a selection of issues including
- Disability, Health, Community Development
Identify groups and agencies that specifically work with and /support disabled people
Available to participate in
- Open days
- Information days
- Community events
Wearable has the following groups that you are welcome to join
- The Brain Injury Group
- Disability Independent Adisory Group (DIAG)
- Care to share
