W     Win= everyone, not only within our organisation, all the time, we will treat others with respect, dignity and courtesy.

E     Employment should be made available to all including those with a disability by removing potential barriers. Appropriate help and support will lead to an integrated and diverse work force.

A     Activate your policies, procedures, and positive principles and do not leave them on the shelf.

R     Resources should be accessible for all. We will strive to ensure that language and terminology used in our publications, letters and messages is that chosen by disabled people.

A     Agree to challenge discrimination when it arises not just as an afterthought.

B     Be positive, be proud, and help us to work towards eliminating prejudice and discrimination experienced by disabled people, their families and carers.

L     Learn to live/work in harmony in your communities. We will support each other and share ideas, to work towards creating an inclusive community.

E     Equality and diversity will be valued. We will work towards making  sure everyone has an equal chance and are free from, fear, discrimination, prejudice and racism.
